8 LUNATICS is a low budget murder mystery horror set in a remote Scottish mansion where Edwin, heir to a vast family fortune uses his wealth and insidious cunning to take revenge on five disbanded friends, one of whom he believes brutally murdered his beloved wife Clara on a skiing holiday almost a decade ago.

A pressure cooker, ticking clock, murder mystery. A story that promises as many dark laughs as it does scares and with a delicious twist at the end.

In addition Gate House Entertainment is working with international horror festivals, looking for emerging talent to write and direct a series of short films presented as back stories to the features colourful characters .
